Lag b'Omer: Tel Aviv - Meron after shabbat: how?

I have a fairly specialised question. I'm in Tel Aviv for a few days: Lag b'Omer falls inside of those days and I'd like to travel to Meron to make the visit to the kever etc. Complication: end of shabbat is also the beginning of Lag b'Omer.

Are there any Israeli travel wizards that can put me on the right path as to travel? I'm staying in central Tel Aviv (work commitments). I've seen that the #980 bus leaves at 10PM from Bnei Brak, arrival in Meron at midnight. It will be packed, and I read that Egged will deploy a great number of buses. Ok, so that's one option. Are there more that I should be aware of?
